Please see below our statement regarding COVID-19 and Manchester Gold Exchange at this time. We aim to provide our customers and staff with updates as and when they are required. The safety and health of all persons associated with our business is of the utmost priority, and we will continue to prioritise this as we are provided with updates from the UK Government and Public Health England (PHE).

At present, we are prepared for business to continue, as usual, offering gold valuations both in-store and over the phone, in addition to continuing to purchase any gold you wish to sell. We have put contingencies in place to ensure our operations are running as efficiently and effectively as they can in this time, and to prepare for any further updates we may receive from the UK Government and PHE in the coming days and weeks.

We can provide assurance that the levels of sanitation and cleanliness are consistently maintained to the highest standard within our premises, however, in circumstances such as these, we have further enhanced our cleaning methods to help to prevent the spread of the virus as best we can.
